Revival acquires Maryland home health operations.

SpiriTrust Lutheran’s home health services in Maryland have transitioned to the Revival Homecare Agency effective January 1, 2024.

Revival Homecare Agency, a state-licensed and Medicare-certified homecare agency, has assumed operation of the Maryland-based home health services previously offered by SpiriTrust Lutheran® Home Care & Hospice.

You still will see familiar faces providing your home health care! The SpiriTrust Lutheran team members who provided care and services to you prior to the change of ownership will continue to do so.

At Revival, our dedicated team of compassionate professionals are with you every step of the way.

• We meet you where you are—one of our nurses, community liaisons, or other medical professionals can meet you in person to discuss the needs of the patient and work with the clinical team to determine if a patient meets criteria for service.
• We still accept a wide range of insurance providers as well as Medicare and Medicaid—and our network continues to grow.
• We are available 24/7/365 days a year.
